Create and Maintain Tests and Quizzes with This Free Web Service

Do you ever need to produce a printed quiz, test or exam paper?  Maybe you're a teacher, and you have to produce such a thing for your class.  Or perhaps you run a local charity group, and you sometimes arrange fun quizzes for members. Or maybe you run training courses for colleagues or customers.

Whatever the reason, if you ever find yourself having to produce such things, a new, free Web-based service called Quizinator (www.quizinator.com) might be just what you need.

Let's start with the most important bit first.  Quizinator doesn't generate online tests, which users can answer by clicking with their mouse.  At least, not yet.  It simply generates printed documents, which you can download as PDF files to distribute to your students, participants, customers or victims!

Where Quizinator scores, though, is that it easily allows you to construct a library of questions and answers, and then pull together a collection of questions to produce a particular paper.  For example, if you're organising a charity quiz night to celebrate the opening of a new restaurant, you can automatically pull out all the food-related questions, and leave the history ones for another time.

Although the sample printout pictured below looks pretty plain, there are options to add descriptive text, headers and footers, pictures, and much more besides.

I will be exploring this one. I plan to use this to upgrade our company's pre-employment screening of applicants' proficiencies. Who knows, this may improve our hiring significantly.
