anti spam

My anti spam program is not very good. I'd like an easy to use, free program that does a good job at keeping spam from my mailbox. It must be compatable with Outlook Express. I run Windows XP.

Can anyone suggest some anti spam programs for Outlook Express??

Personally I use POPTRAY and go through all my mail and delete what I don't want before I download it onto my computer. http://www.poptray.org/
