You can create your own cards at VistaPrint for the just the cost of postage.  They have locations in  the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and elsewhere.
Ordering is tricky as at every stage of the process as they will try to up-sell you to personalized designs, better paper and whole lot of other non-free options.
Resisting this pushy up-sell takes real discipline but if you survive you'll get some great cards for just the postage cost.

You must have a really cheap local printer as the postage I paid VistaPrint was only half of the cheapest local printer deal I could get.

And I'd never give a vendor like this my real email address.

Don't! Try mailinator.com instead... and yes, before you ask, it's free. :)

Vista print does fine, but everything I've ordered has been printed in China. I found that I got about the same deal on 1000 business cards by ordering from my local printer as I did from VP. There email marketing is a real show stopper for me, they are over the top with their daily push.
