These great Open Courseware classes will expand your knowledge of the human body and related areas.

There are some great classes here. While all are related to the human body there are classes on subjects like Medical Terminology, Epidemiology,  and Microbiology.
The courses cover Anatomy and Physiology, Pathology and Diseases, Nutrition and Fitness, Life Stages and Nursing.
Courses are offered from various universities such as MIT, University of Tokyo, YaleGlobal Online, Johns Hopkins, and Notre Dame. Carnegie Mellon requires anyone using the site to create an account. They ask for a first and last name, an email address and what country you're in. Choose an account ID and a password and you're done.

Course materials come in a variety of formats such as videos and .PDF files. Check each listing for the type of course materials being used.
