I don't know exactly. I tried it ages ago. It's got a really confusing interface and occasionally froze for no reason. Also, one has to be careful with the settings, or you could end up damaging your system. But I think it does have quite a few tools, though I'm not sure if it's as effective as specialised tools (e.g. the memory cleaner didn't work when I used it).

I think CCleaner is recommended because it's got a clear interface, has constant updates and is safe and effective.
