Listing specific versions suspected of being infected would also be useful, and if possible the download location of a suspected infected version when multiple download sites exist, because not all are necessarily contaminated. I will check XeroBank from home over the next few days. I am using OperaTor v 2.4b and have not had any alerts from AVG or from Symantec AntiVirus Enterprise, both up to date. I uploaded both the OperaTor.exe file as well as the full OperaTor zip file to jotti.org and had no issues with a previous version of OperaTor either.

The moral of the story is to always check all downloads, from all sites, using an up to date virus scanner, and potentially by using jotti.org to supplement your own scanner. However, we also need to remember that virus scanners sometimes give false alerts, and make your own decision based on what you see. With OperaTor v 2.4b only two out of twenty scanners hinted at any problem - ArcaVir reported Trojan.Spy.Agent.Boa, and CPsecure reported Troj.Spy.W32.Agent.bdw. With only two out of twenty one (including my Symantec Antivirus Enterprise) reporting a possible problem - my opinion is that it is not infected but two false alerts have been generated, however, as I said, we must each make our own decision based on what we see and choose to use or not use any product.
