3. Best Free Image Tools for Android
Comments
Espier Launcher worked great and imitated quite closely most features used in launching apps in the iOS, except that overlapping one icon over the other to create a folder didn't work well when I tried it on my Android device. Hopefully its future version will work better.
Many thanks for all the suggestions and they will be looked into.
Which android device do u have ? ya some bugs are there in espier but its one of the smoothest launchers i found
Espier updated with widget support

I really can't wait to see how "robot assistant" apps are gonna explode in the next year or two. At least the android market breeds competition and innovation between developers- Siri's got her work cut out for her! For instance, I got Everfriends yesterday- and instead of a robotic voice, you have animated cartoons that perform tasks while being entertaining and having personality. It's free too! (And if you think I'm shilling for them, look at all of the 5-star reviews it's got).

Airdroid - AirDroid is a fast, free app that lets you wirelessly manage & control your Android device from a web browser Over-The-Air.
Avast mobile security [beta]

ultimate app guard free
Google+ will be a good addon to the list. Thanks Av_Crazy.
Also check airdroid - i dont know if u posted any alternative to that but airdroid has the best interface and is very fast and reliable..
When checked, AirDroid has yet to support video playback on a remote desktop that has been available for Browsix Lite.
That said, this app looks impressive and will still be good to add to the list as an alternative and thanks Av_Crazy for hightlighting it.
Please provide suggestions with the links, so that its easy for editors and moderators to check. Big lists without links will be simply deleted.
Sorry anupam cant edit my post now .. will post with links next time
but i have posted the exact names - searching them in the market will give the details

I can't agree with the choice for Best Free App Backup. The problem, as App Backup & Restore's market page says, is "App Backup cannot backup data or settings." That is a crucial feature.
Titanium Backup gets my vote. The free version does everything the Pro version does except multiple backup versions and batch restores. Multiple versions is rarely needed, but can be done manually by copying the Titanium Backup on the SD card.
[Moderator's note : Pricing about commercial version removed]
Strongly disagree.
Any product that requires ROOT should not be considered for Top 10 status as the Android experimentation community, noble and energetic as they are, is such a small part of the Android market. Most of us don't want to run the risk of bricking our phones and losing our warranties any more than we want to wind a key for 90 seconds to have 10 more minutes of power for our devices.
We want the app to work. We don't want to re-build our phones so they can work.
Task Switcher
https://market.android.com/details?id=com.shisho.taskswitcher&feature=search_result
A really simple, light task switcher, and useful. Press the home button and all your open active apps appear. Simply press an app to go to it or long press it to kill it. Or press the home button again to go to the real homepage. Then,it's useful because can show widget in task switcher. such as,use flashlight's widget to on device's camera LED quickly with task switcher.
It may be worth pointing out that the operating system provides similar functionality out of the box. At least that's true for 2.2 (Froyo) and later. I can't be sure about earlier versions.
A long press on the home key displays active and recent apps. That screen has a Task Manager button for killing active apps.
Thanks Kai for your kind suggestion. Task Switcher is now added to the list.
my suggested sites to download popular freeware android apps are
1- AppsApk.com
2- Cell11.com
3- Fone3.com
Thank you for your valuable suggestion. I appreciate your listing...
livehome is a good desktop organizer better than GO launcher or launcherpro
but not as feature rich as go launcher , no themes , and not updated as frequently as go launcher
Please review TouchPal Keyboard by Cootek. Seems to be free and supposedly the Global Champion of GSMA Mobile Innovation Award.
Hmm. Interesting.
In the best free ebook reader category, it's hard to believe the COOL READER...
